I only recently learned that depression is an anxiety ‘disorder’ as is posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).  I also learned that all humans can basically be placed toward one end or the other (or near the middle if they are lucky) of the anxiety continuum based, among other considerations,  on their genetic makeup….
